All the bunny tail cakes on this site were so cute, but I wanted one with the face showing too. So I created this cake for Easter. It's a little lumpy and the ears are a little flat, but I still think he's cute. Chocolate Mud Cake with peanut butter filling, covered in ganache and fondant. The bunny is made of rice crispy treats covered in fondant.
