This is the cake that I made for my Wilton Course 3 final. I took it to my Family reunion. The Daffodil's are made of fondant and match the varieties found in my yard. The top layer is covered in fondant, because I wanted to try it, and the bottom layer is buttercream because it tastes oh so much better :)
