This is a cake that I made for my sister-in-laws niece. I used the Shortcake Estate from the Wilton 2006 yearbook as a reference point. But I do not like fondant so I always use buttercream. I also added the strawberries on the sides to allow it to feed more people. Plus it fit more into the theme of Strawberry Shortcake.
