This was a cake done for my sister. I wanted to include some of her favorite things. She is pregnant and LOVES to take naps, so I put a little sleeping pregnant woman on the top. Everything is buttercream. I detest the taste of fondant and will only use it for accents. I was wondering how a pillow cake would turn out with buttercream, but it went better than I thought. I just covered the cake and let it set in the fridge for a little bit so it would be a little more stiff to work with.
