This is a birthday cake for a lady whose husband was missing her birthday due to a business trip to China. The party was Chinese in theme, and so the design on the side of the cake was inspired by a Chinese Floral Pattern. Fondant covered chocolate fudge cake with white chocolate buttercream filling.
