Cinco De Mayo Cactus'
Made for Cinco De Mayo celebration. Thanks to Colette Peters. The needles got tedious so I only put one in each. Had a problem with the bc frosting falling off once piped on.

really cute idea!!! Here is a suggestion for the needles, you could use royal icing and then you would have a stiffer icing to work with

The needles are royal icing with tip 2. The green part of th cactus was tip 32. The flower was also royal icing with tip 68. Thanks all

I baked it in a ball baking pan. I believe it was Wilton. I put it in the ceramic dish in a bed of oreos to frost
