I made this three layer cake for my son's Boy Scout Ceremony. It's a Hawaiian themed party and there is a cake contest! I used graham crackers for the middle layer (the beach), and air brushed the blue icing on for the waterfall and ocean. I made the palm trees out of pretzel sticks and fruit roll ups, and added some Nemo Fruit Chews for some fish in the water. This was the first time I've ever made a cake like this! It was so much fun! Wish us luck in the contest!
