My 11 year old son knew I was baking an order of cupcakes and asked if I might have one left over for his teacher, whose birthday it was the next day (he thinks Mr N is the best teacher he's ever had!!). So I baked an extra half a dozen, made some chocolate ganache and took those in, in a little presentation box. My son was over the moon, and the teacher looked happy, too. Simply decorated with some gold dragees.
