Ok so this is my Cake show entry. All dummy cakes. BC covered with RI vines and GP/Fon fence. The Passion Flower buds are also GP/Fon. All Freehand form. Passion Flowers are Gumpaste and colored with petal dust and lemon juice mixer. I entered it in the intermediate cat. But after looking at some of the cakes people entered in that cat. i think i should have entered in the beginner cat. Although I think some people lied and should have been in a higher cat. Anyways BC was giving me issues since the dummy cakes were sliding all over the place when trying to ice them I even trying gluing them to the board but with no prevail. So I left the BC with a texture. The passion flowers were like the 8th and 9th ones i made since all the other kept breaking. LOL my very first cake show and I only have been doing cakes for about a year. but had to enter intermediate cat since i took all wilton classes. Man Oh man. I dont know about next year.
