I made this at the last minute for our babysitter who just got her license. I didn't have much time, so it was a bit rushed. I would have liked it to have been neater, more even. She's a big Elvis fan so I piped ELVIS for the license plate. She was so surprised. She loved it! Yellow cake, strawberry filling, BC icing.
