This was my first attempt at a book or "Bible" Cake. It gave me angina, to say the least. I am pretty pleased at how it turned out, though. I definately learned NOT to use dark chocolate ganache under white MMF. Its a vanilla and chocolate layered sheet cake with a Marble "Bible" covered in MMF. The cross is white chocolate. TFL!
