Made this cake for my grandparents 65th wedding anniversary. Entire cake covered in SI fondant with damask royal icing. First attempt at gumpaste roses....and I might say I am really pleased with how this cake came out. The top tier looks a little funny since that stencil is made for a 6 inch cake....oh well...live and learn :)

this is very nice, i love the roses, and the stensil on top just adds a caracter to the cake :)
