Sugar cookies - I only go by what cookie crazie blogspot says to do, she is my idol!!! I use her preferred icing and cookie recipe, always, and they always turn out perfect! : ) Dumb thought but - I have found that laying out 2 hardback Dr. Seuss books to use as guides on either side of your rolling pin is the perfect thickness for a cookie...can you tell I am a mom??/ Hheheh!
