I made this as a surprise 1st anniversary cake for a friend, it is also my first attempt at flowers. It was a spice cake with decorator's cream cheese frosting (that I found on CC) They had an untraditional marriage and therefore didn't have the top tier to eat on the anniversary so I made them this. She started crying.
