I made this for my twins who will be 7 this weekend. The cake is carved in 5 different peices, covered in fondant and then we put the peices together. This was easier than covering the entire thing at one time. I realized as soon as I stuck the horse shoes on that I put them on upside down. I feel kinda stupid about that part, since I own 5 horses! LOL That is why I decorate cakes and don't shoe horses I guess. TFL!
