This was the cake I made for my course 3 final. It was so different from all the other cakes. I love how it turned out, and everyone walking through the store asked me to stop so they could admire it. 10 and 6 stacked, Red Velvet Cake, vanilla bean buttercream, covered in chocolate mmf w/ mmf accents. The ribbon is real.
