We don't have book shaped cake pans so we have to cut the cake and stack it and carve it and pile on the icing to make a book out of it. Normally the boss decorates the books once I'm done shaping them but they wanted wildflowers on the cake so I got to do it! I got a little sad when I read what they wanted on the pages, thinking maybe someone had died...but as it turns out she is a cancer survivor so I got happy!
