Ok I thought I would try and make the Roasted Turkey Cake. Once a month I make the cakes for our office for birthdays. This month of course was a Thanksgiving theme. I think I did an ok job for my first try : ). The veggies are made of fondant.
Thank you! I just used a paper towel and made the texture. I don't have an airbrush so I used a can of orange wilton color first. Then I did a coat of black to make the turkey brown.
Great job! I always wanted to make one of these but didnt have an airbrush! Never thought of orange and black spray - it looks great! BTW - LOVe the fondant veggies!
Thanks! I know I have wanted to try one of these for a while, and really didn't have an opportunity. So when my office asked me to do a cake for November birthdays, I thought perfect. They were shocked when they saw it! No one wanted to cut it.
