I have 3 boys, my youngest was turning 4 and had been obsessed and I mean OBSESSED with The Wizard of Oz for about 9 months. When he said he wanted a Wizard of Oz party I jumped on it. It was the most gender neutral party I'd probably ever get to throw... haha!! Anyway he loooove it. He dressed as the Tin Man for his party, his Aunt like Dorothy, and I broke out some knee high black and white stiped socks to channel some of the Wicked Witch of the West.

Cake is covered in butter cream frosting them MMF. All the poppies are MMF and Emerald City is also MMF and luster dust.
