I made this for my friends Joint Wedding, 30th and 40th birthday Cake, It was a 1920's Gansters and Flappers theme, Tiers were Mud Cake and Bannana Cakes Iced in BC then Fondant, fresh Gerberra's were used on the top, Considering I only got 3 days notice I thought it all came together ok, but I did learn a valuable lesson on supporting the tiers after it started to lean and had to be cut quickly before the unthinkable could happen, for my first 3 tiered cake I was quite happy however!
