Body is cake and the head, tail, and fins are RKT. All covered in BC and piped and/or hand painted. Update: I used Indydebi's BC recipe and added 5T of meringue powder to make sure it would give me a really nice crust, then just gently painted it with food colors (thinned w/vodka) and a paintbrush. You can't tell in the picture, but the white space between the sections of the shell are kind of indented, so the sections stick up a bit.
