I made two cakes for our annual Battle of the Books. This cake is a white almond sour cream cake baked in a book shaped cake pan. i made almond flavored buttercream to decorate this cake. I found a castle on the Internet that fit my theme. I made the road so it would connect to the second cake. Any comments would be appreciated. The students loved it.
