This was my first t3-tiered cake....and I was so proud of how it came out. I was asked to make a replica of a Barbie anniversary cake, and I was so impressed at my own skills to pull it off.....unfortunately, this was also my first disaster cake!!! Noooooooo!!!! It turns out when I went to deliver it, it did not make it in one piece. I was sooo devastated (is that how you spell it?) Anyway, at least I had a very understanding client, I managed to fix up the top tier so they could at least sing happy birthday. The bottom tier was red velvet, middle was carrot cake and top tier was vanilla rum with raspberry filling. Enjoy!
