How'd you do the design on the the top. I can see a little pattern on the top of the cake on the white part. GREAT JOB!

It is done with a patterned paper towel, disposable table napkin etc. Ater your icing has crusted, take the towel and smooth out your icing; the design will be transfered to the icing.
