My daughter wanted somthing funny for her boyfriend's 26th birthday. We both thought this would be any guy's birthday "wish " if he was at the beach. The cake was carrot with cream cheese icing and the "bikini top" was orange cake with an orange and Grand Marnier custard filling. The cream cheese frosting was a nightmare as it wouldn't crust (even though the recipie said it was suppose to) so I wasn't able to smooth the skin very well. Next time we will use buttercream or fondant!
