I was asked to do a cake for a local university's performing arts center. They were having a kickoff party entitled "Constructing Our Season". This was a 8", 10" and 12" done in fondant. Everything is 100% edible including the bulldozer and tools. I used RKT for the base/body of the bulldozer. I included their logo on the bottom tier in a construction sign. The caution tape was fondant that was airbrushed with a stencil I made. Piles of bricks are on the sides of the cake. The dirt on the base is crushed oreos.
