I made this birthday cake for a friend's husband. I was told that he loves fishing so we decided to shape his cake like his boat floating in the water. The cake was french vanilla with a strawberry cream cheese filling and then frosted in strawberry buttercream. The boat was also covered with marshmallow fondant.
