I saw a little girl wearing a dress with a watercolor Parisian scene on it and said, "I should make a cake like that"...so I did. The scenery is handpainted onto the fondant (just different scenes from Paris). The bow and plaque are both gumpaste the border is gumpaste with RI dots. TFL!!
