I won 2nd place for this cake! It was my first cake contest. The judge was Lauri DiTunno, owner of Cake Alchemy in NYC (from Food Network Challenge and Amazing Wedding Cakes on WeTV). I was star struck! The Lehigh Valley (PA) Arts Council celebrated their 21st birthday yesterday with a gala. The theme was Growing Up Artfully as they honored arts in education. I'm proud of myself.
