This was my first attempt at making a chocolate collar. I didn't have compounded chocolate so used plain cooking chocolate. The cake is a chocolate sponge filled and covered in Ganache and decorated with MMF roses and silver dragees. The Chocolate collar is a bit lopsided but I am sure it will be better the next time :-)
