This cake was beautful....until transport that is. The picture doesn't show it but the entire bottom tier buckled in half and I had to repair it on-site. The customer was happy regardless (thank God!). The top tier was vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filling, the middle tier was chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling and the bottom tier was Italian cream with cream cheese buttercream filling. All tiers were then covered in ecru colored buttercream and the side design was piped in white.
