This cake was for a 40th birthday. The lady recipient was an avid Arsenal supporter. Couldn't get the coloured desiccated coconut to stick to the board either with water or edible glue so I covered the board with a rough layer of green RI and sprinkled the coconut over it. Disappointed with the slight cracking on the green "turf". The birthday girl was delighted.
