My first attempt at a cowboy hat. Chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache, covered in MMF. The "trail dust" is cocoa powder dusted over entire hat. I had a beautiful, smooth hat pictured in my head, but this is what came out. Oh, well! My son loves it and has already claimed his birthday piece, so that is what counts.
