Made this cake for my son's 2nd birthday, he absolutely loves "Bub-bob!" It's lemon cake, raspberry filling, and frosted in lemon BC with MMF accents. Sand is crushed graham crackers & coral is made of royal icing. It was a pretty big cake (8-7x11 cakes stacked) but I had fun making him and my son LOVED it! :)
