I thought I'd take it old school with the design since there are a lot of cakes out there with the "centurian figure". It's a 2 layer chocolate cake with a buttercream and cherry filling in between, covered in buttercream icing (all from scratch including the always difficult black icing - argh!!) The SENS lettering is also hand mixed black marshmallow fondant and of course the mini Stanley Cup for all you dreamers out there!!
