A chinese new year cake made with red fondant and gold chinese double happiness symbols. 2010 is the year of the Tiger and so the cake is topped with chinese firecrackers and Tigger because he is the coolest Tiger I know! :) The cake was vanilla bean cake with green tea buttercream! Gong Xi Fa Cai! :D
