Made this cake for my kids' friends' birthday. They wanted Fancy Nancy!! Sunglasses, shoe, wand, numbers, feathers, butterflies & flowers were gumpaste. Tiaras & Plaque were chocolate, with sugar pearl accents & brushed with pearl dust. Jewels I found at the cake store (white) and I painted them w/pearl dust & petal dust. Whipped cream icing.
