I did this cake for my sister's engagement party. This is an exact replica of the box and engagement ring. Cake is chocolate with strawberry jam buttercream filling, covered in MMF, roses, ring and letters were made out of fondant & gumpaste. Box top was cardboard box covered in fondant.
