The fair's theme was "Dancing w/ the Steers", so I copied their t-shirt design for the cookies. I did have to hand cut the shapes. When I turned them in I felt terribly guilty b/c the other cookies were obviously done by kids. I almost didn't turn them in! But, I won a blue ribbon :)
