1st tier is wasc with strawberry filling. 2nd tier is chocolate with custard, chocolate butter cream. 3rd tier is red velvet cake with cream cheese filling. This was a last minute cake. I received a call Wednesday around 9 pm to make this cake for that Saturday. All she wanted was the color brown, yellow and some orange. She gave me no other ideas to work with. This is what I came up with. All flowers are gum paste.
