My son wanted a dino birthday cake for his 18th birthday. He had those blue raptor toys when he was little, so I tried to do a gumpaste version of them. There is probably a proper way to do it, which I have yet to learn, but the main thing was that he liked his cake. At first, I had planned it to be a dino nest with some dinos already hatched, but it could also be the dinos going after some other nest. Works both ways. This was my first time trying a cake like this. ;-)
