Bib Cake on Cake Central

This is a cake for a baby shower. I made a buttercream with a combination of Italian Meringue and Creme Anglaise. You can find it in The Cake Bible. It takes a bit of work, but pipes wonderfully. The design for this cake was inspired by one of Colette Peters cakes, seen on her website. I used a Wilton Candy mold for the ducks. The bow and ribbons are sugar paste.
