This cake was inspired by the jokes that went around at our tennis week this year at our local club...the scene is of a ball boy whos eyes(on springs) and tongue pop out when a lady walks onto the court wearing a short skirt. Cake was almond and chocolate with orange flavoured fondant. All the flowers and leaves are made of fondant...the vine is hand painted with food colors. The tennis court is made of fondant and lines are drawn with buttercream...the net was crocheted for me by my wonderful mum. The figures are handmade from a mixtureof fondant and GP...absolutely no moulds of any sort were used for the figures. TFL! :) Oh! and the proportions of the court and figures were done on purpose, so as to emphasize on the characters.
