Cake for my mom's April 1 birthday! White chocolate cake with passion fruit buttercream. Just a hint of mint - which was an accident, but tasted good so I just went with it. My husband is super picky and he approved the taste. Mom said it was really good! Made white chocolate marshmallow fondant (super soft and hard to work with - I'm going back to MFF!) Added a little gumtex to try to get the fondant workable for the ribbon roses. I had about a dozen ideas going through my head for mom's cake and this wasn't any of them. BTW, did you know when you mix bright yellow, teal, purple and white you get this pretty green color?! I had all these bright colors picked out so that I could do stripes and it was just too soft. So, I decided to marble it...but went to far...so I just blended it together and came up with this! Glad it was for my mom!
