Hi everyone! My daughter's sweet 16 party is in a couple of weeks, and after going through this site, I was encouraged to try my hand at a fondant cake. This is my first and test run, so be gentle=) Dbl layer - 12" square (cut to a trapezoid) 10" round tapered, and 6" round. Chocolate cake with ganache frosting, and White and chocolate fondant. Had a bit of a hard time on the tapered corners of the bottom layer..need to practice some more=)
