serving chart

This is a copy of my serving size and quantity chart. Feel Free to use it :) I added a second copy that includes the servings for the diamond pans. i don't use the diamond pans so they weren't included on my initial chart.

Hmmm, I did a 10-inch square cake for a client who said it was for 30ppl and they complained that it wasn't enough to feed them...are they just not cutting it right?

rene1976- these servings are based on the Wilton standard for wedding servings which is 1X2X 4 or 6 in height . Most people think cake servings are bigger than they should be . some people use the wilton party serving guide but that would still make your 30 servings for a 10 inch square. We americans have just supersized everything and people don't know what a normal serving should be.
