Olive Barrel Cake

Made this HUGE cake for an Italian restaurant that we love that 's going to close its doors for good tonight. Wanted to send them off well on their last night of business. It is 6 - 12" round cakes stacked. It was 13 inches high and so hard to cover in fondant! By my calculations it served between 125 and 150 people. It was Italian Cream Cake with Coconut Cream Cheese filling and Cappuccino Chocolate Chip cake with Mocha Buttercream
