1St Pulled Sugar Flower
I was trying to make something out of sugar (got part of it and failed part of it) and with the extra sugar I decided to play around a little bit. This is what I wound up with. At least you can tell it's suppose to be a flower (I hope!).
(It earned me my very first hot sugar induced blister).

i just did my first pulled sugar flower, and my blister has just healed from last week. beautiful flower!
Where do you lear to pull sugar? Are there any books you recomend?
From people on this site and just checking around online. Sorry, don't know of any books, but ask at the forum and I'm sure you'll get some good recommendations.
You got a blister? Now you can say you are a full fledged sugar artist! The work isn't finished unless you burn yourself at least once.
