Birthday cake for my SIL... I changed this round a bit.....wanted to make it look like a tree stump. Was supposed to be a square block of "wood" with fondant, but he doesn't like the taste of that, so, hence the BC frosting Chocolate cake with caramel filling and buttercream frosting, all accents are fondant. Got the idea from a Carol Deacon book that I have.
