These are part of my first attempt at petit fours. I did 2 styles for a bridal shower. These were a monogram letter "T" for the bride's new last name. I was relieved they actually turned out! I was getting worried when I had trouble cutting them and then again when I dropped 3 in the icing! They also wanted to turn over when I was transferring them onto the rack to dry. My advice for anyone wanting to try these - give yourself PLENTY of time plus a couple of hours!
